Return and Exchange Policy
The return and exchange of goods of proper or improper quality are carried out in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection."
Conditions for the return of goods of proper quality.
According to the Law "On Consumer Protection," the buyer has the right to return or exchange non-food goods of proper quality for a similar one if the goods did not satisfy them for some reason. The return and exchange are possible under the following conditions:
- The packaging is not damaged.
- The product has not been used.
- The appearance and consumer properties of the goods are preserved.
- The product is complete.
According to the Law "On Consumer Protection," the company may refuse the consumer in the exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return and exchange.
The postal expenses for returning goods of proper quality are covered by the buyer.
Conditions for the return of goods of improper quality.
If the buyer receives goods of improper quality, they can return the goods, exchange them for a defect-free product, or, by agreement, receive a discount on the defective goods. If you are not sure whether the defect you found is a product defect or for any reason, you simply cannot use the product for its intended purpose, be sure to contact our managers by email or phone, and they will advise you on the next steps.
The postal expenses for returning goods of improper quality are covered by our company.
Return timeframes
The return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods from the carrier company.
Refunds
The funds will be returned to the buyer's card no later than 7 days after confirming that there were no violations of warranty obligations on the part of the buyer.
