For wholesale orders, payment terms are communicated individually.

5. Shipping and Delivery We ship internationally using Ukrposhta, the national postal service of Ukraine. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds Retail customers may return products within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

7. Wholesale Terms Wholesale customers are subject to separate terms communicated during registration or upon request. Minimum order amounts may apply.
